Gentle Grooming for Puppies and Sensitive Pets
At Paws & Polish, every visit begins with a simple conversation about coat condition, home care, and any sensitivities your pet may show. That first step helps us shape the session around comfort, safety, and the grooming scope that is practical for your pet on the day.
For puppies and sensitive pets, we often recommend a short introductory visit or a staged grooming plan. These sessions are designed to build familiarity through calm handling, brief steps, and pauses when needed, rather than pushing through a full service before your pet is ready.
Calm appointments, short sessions, and care that adapts to each pet
A quiet one-to-one studio in Saint-Denis for puppies, nervous dogs, and pets new to professional grooming.
Because each coat and temperament is different, the final approach may change after assessment. If a pet becomes significantly stressed, uncomfortable, or unsafe to continue, the session can be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped in the interest of welfare.
When coat condition allows, we can provide a short comfort-led groom or a sensitive-pet bath and brush. If matting or handling sensitivity makes a requested finish impractical, a shorter and more comfortable result may be recommended instead.
